The ABS Cyclone M Aqua is currently priced at $999, which suggests it's positioned around a reasonable discount from its typical retail price. This prebuilt gaming PC features an Intel i5-5060 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD, alongside an additional 2TB Verbatim SSD for enhanced storage speed and capacity. Given the increasing costs of gaming PCs, this deal may appeal to those looking for a ready-to-go solution without building it themselves.
In terms of performance, the i5-5060 is capable enough for a variety of current gaming demands, provided you're not looking to run the most graphically-intensive titles at the highest settings. The combination of the included SSDs allows for quick load times, which is always a plus for gamers. When compared to similarly priced alternatives, this setup stands out with its dual SSDs, though potential buyers should weigh additional costs for peripherals that aren't included in the purchase.
Pros
- Dual SSDs provide ample and fast storage options
- Good balance of performance for mainstream gaming
- Ready-to-use setup, no assembly required
Cons
- The i5-5060 may struggle with high-end gaming demands
- Additional components (monitor, keyboard, etc.) not included
