Product Details
The DT 990 Pro is an open-back studio headphone designed for critical listening. Known for their wide soundstage and detailed audio reproduction, these headphones excel in giving a balanced sound that highlights bass, mids, and treble without overwhelming any particular frequency. They are often favored by professionals and enthusiasts alike for mixing and mastering purposes.
In terms of alternatives, many competitive models in this price range may offer closed-back designs or different sound profiles, but few provide the same level of comfort and sound signature that the DT 990 Pro does. Users often report long listening sessions are manageable due to the soft padded earcups.
