Price update (2026-10-09): was $2, now $3.
This Insignia 20W Car Charger Kit is currently available for $2, which likely represents a substantial discount off the MSRP for a new unit. It's worth noting that this is an open box item, potentially making it a limited-time offering depending on stock.
Designed for Apple devices including iPhone, iPad, and iPod, this charger provides a convenient means to keep your devices charged on the go. Comparable offerings in the same price tier often lack the same build quality or wattage, making this Insignia kit an appealing option if you're looking for a reliable car charger without spending much. While using a dedicated Apple accessory would usually ensure the best compatibility, this charger is optimized for Apple devices and should work effectively for everyday use.
Pros:
- Inexpensive price point at $2.
- 20W power output suitable for fast charging of Apple devices.
- Open box condition may still provide quality performance.
Cons:
- Open box may mean limited warranty or return options.
- Build quality may differ slightly from new products.
