The Samsung 990 PRO 1TB Internal SSD is currently priced at $154.99, which appears to be a competitive offer for a certified refurbished unit. Considering the typical retail price for new models in this series and the added heatsink, this could be a worthwhile purchase for those looking for storage solutions for gaming or high-performance applications.
This SSD features PCIe Gen 4x4 NVMe technology, delivering fast read and write speeds that are particularly beneficial for gaming on the PS5. The addition of a heatsink helps with heat dissipation, ensuring consistent performance during extended use. When compared to other options in the same price range, the Samsung 990 PRO tends to stand out for its reliability and speed, making it a strong contender against other brands like Western Digital and Crucial.
