The Verbatim 1TB Vi7000 SSD is currently priced at $160, which appears to be a competitive offer in the M.2 NVMe market. This deal, sold and shipped by Walmart, provides a cost-efficient choice for those looking to upgrade their storage with a decent performance boost, especially given that SSD prices can fluctuate significantly.
This SSD features a heatsink and DRAM cache, which should contribute to better thermal management and performance during heavy workloads. Typically, SSDs in this price range can vary in performance, but the Vi7000 is aimed at users who need reliability and speed for gaming or high-intensity applications. Its PCIe Gen 4 interface means it should be faster than many models with older specs, allowing for quicker read and write speeds.
