The WD Black SN8100 is currently priced at $399, which likely represents a modest discount from its typical MSRP. Pricing for NVMe SSDs can fluctuate, so if you're considering an upgrade, this could be a timely opportunity.
This internal SSD offers a substantial 2TB of storage with PCIe Gen 5 interface, boasting read speeds of up to 14,900 MB/s. While the SN8100 performs well for gaming and data-intensive applications, it's worth comparing against options like the Samsung 980 Pro or the Crucial P5 Plus, which also provide competitive performance but may differ in pricing and features.
